Politique de remboursement
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return your original item first. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@bestich.com.
